What can be carried on the back of a bicycle?

Extra people of course!
Or a sack of maize…	or two or three.
No shame in pushing,	… everyone is doing it.
A modest basket,	or a cardboard box,
	Wicker baskets
Crates of Coke	A bundle of wood… and a spare wheel
Or just carry an entire bicycle.	There’s never any hurry.
You never need to walk alone.	Greens to market.
Lots of greens to market	Thatching?
	Some sort of nest?
	What are they carrying?
	Chickens!
Pile it high,	Or keep it    modest,
Or roll it up,	and go wide.
	Sometimes the bike may be a bit small
but that’s no excuse,	for moving all your worldly possessions
on the back of your bicycle.	Though you may need a friend.
And finally, three goats!	Yes, these are my goats! It’s goat stew tonight!
